Terms & Conditions – Sky Eco Resort

Welcome to Sky Eco Resort. By making a reservation at our resort, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before confirming your booking.

1. 🏡 Booking Confirmation

To confirm any booking at Sky Eco Resort, 50% advance payment is required at the time of reservation. Your booking will only be confirmed after successful receipt of the advance payment.

2. 💳 Advance Payment Policy

All advance payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Once the advance is paid, the booking is considered confirmed and secured for your selected dates.
This policy applies to all room types and packages.

3. ❌ Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is not allowed after booking confirmation.
No refund will be provided for any cancellation requests.
Guests are strongly advised to confirm their travel plans before making payment.

4. 🔁 Date Change Policy

Guests may request a date change up to 15 days before the original check-in date.
Date change requests are subject to room availability at the time of request.
No changes will be allowed within 15 days of the booking date.
Only one-time rescheduling is permitted per booking (subject to management approval).

5. 🏞️ Stay & Usage Policy

Guests must respect the natural environment and maintain cleanliness during their stay.
Any damage to resort property will be chargeable to the guest.
Illegal activities or disturbance to other guests will not be tolerated.

6. 🌿 Nature & Location Disclaimer

Sky Eco Resort is an eco-luxury resort located at high elevation in Konglak VIP Zone, Sajek Valley, offering a peaceful mountain experience. Weather conditions, visibility, and natural surroundings may vary due to its hilltop location.

7. ⚠️ Management Rights

The management reserves the right to:

Modify or update terms without prior notice
Refuse booking or service in case of policy violation
Take necessary action to maintain safety and hospitality standards
