Welcome to Sky Eco Resort. By making a reservation at our resort, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before confirming your booking.

1. ๐Ÿก Booking Confirmation

To confirm any booking at Sky Eco Resort, 50% advance payment is required at the time of reservation. Your booking will only be confirmed after successful receipt of the advance payment.

 

2. ๐Ÿ’ณ Advance Payment Policy

  • All advance payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Once the advance is paid, the booking is considered confirmed and secured for your selected dates.
  • This policy applies to all room types and packages.

 

3. โŒ Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation is not allowed after booking confirmation.
  • No refund will be provided for any cancellation requests.
  • Guests are strongly advised to confirm their travel plans before making payment.

 

4. ๐Ÿ” Date Change Policy

  • Guests may request a date change up to 15 days before the original check-in date.
  • Date change requests are subject to room availability at the time of request.
  • No changes will be allowed within 15 days of the booking date.
  • Only one-time rescheduling is permitted per booking (subject to management approval).

 

5. ๐Ÿž๏ธ Stay & Usage Policy

  • Guests must respect the natural environment and maintain cleanliness during their stay.
  • Any damage to resort property will be chargeable to the guest.
  • Illegal activities or disturbance to other guests will not be tolerated.

 

6. ๐ŸŒฟ Nature & Location Disclaimer

Sky Eco Resort is an eco-luxury resort located at high elevation in Konglak VIP Zone, Sajek Valley, offering a peaceful mountain experience. Weather conditions, visibility, and natural surroundings may vary due to its hilltop location.

 

7. โš ๏ธ Management Rights

The management reserves the right to:

  • Modify or update terms without prior notice
  • Refuse booking or service in case of policy violation
  • Take necessary action to maintain safety and hospitality standards
